Unontrolled growth threatens to turn Portland into a gridlocked commuter city.
And unplanned development threatens to depress adjacent property values .
Oregonian voters are slowly realizing the true consequences of Measure 37, and they aren’t liking what they see.
Save Oregon is a coalition of Oregon property owners, farmers, citizens, and bussineses who believe that Measure 37 has gone too far in rolling back smart growth land use.
Over the next few years this grassroots coalition will eduate the Oregon public about the disastrous effects of Measure 37 and seek to have its repeal on the ballot in either 2008 or 2010.
We believe that the land use debate in Oregon is far from over, and that the more Oregonians learn about Measure 37′s consequenes, the more they will turn against it.
Our message to Measure 37′s backers is clear: we are coming for you.
Measure 37 will be repealed.
